For larger groups of families or friends, there’s the possibility of another apartment in the same building, which is perfect for those who want to stay together while still having their own space!

The Accommodation

This recently renovated apartment is conveniently situated on the ground floor of the building. At the rear, there’s a delightful small garden that serves as an ideal sun terrace for enjoying a glass of wine. The apartment features two double bedrooms, and the contemporary bathroom boasts a stunning walk-in shower. With a well-equipped kitchen and a bright, comfortable living room, you’ll have all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay!

Free parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis on Church St and Brook Street at the junction with Church Street to the right.

Location

The apartment is situated in the picturesque coastal village of Broughty Ferry, a vibrant and popular area not far from Dundee. Within a short walking distance, you’ll find an excellent selection of cafes, pubs (some with outdoor seating), restaurants, and shops. M&S and Tesco’s are both a 5-minute walk away. The bustling main street also offers a variety of independent shops.

A brief stroll from the flat will take you to a beautiful sandy beach and castle. Families will appreciate the children’s play park at Castle Green, as well as the fantastic cycle paths along the waterfront.

The renowned golf courses at St. Andrew’s and Carnoustie are relatively close, along with numerous local golf courses.

Within a 30-minute drive, you can explore the historic town of St. Andrews or Glamis Castle, the birthplace of the Queen Mother. If you venture a bit further from Glamis, you can enjoy hillwalking in the Angus Glens.

Broughty Ferry station is a 5-minute walk away, as are the bus stops for the frequent bus service to Dundee and Arbroath, where you can stroll along the Arbroath cliffs and savor a smokie. With just a 4-mile drive to Dundee, you can visit attractions such as the renowned V&A design museum, the Law, and Verdant Works.
