Our Story

The Beginning - 2020: Frustrated with the lack of great coffee in Brechin, we decided to create our own specialty coffee shop.
The Grind - 2020: We invested time in coffee roasting courses, barista classes, research, and building relationships to make our dream a reality.
Opening Day - 2021: We opened Brechin's first-ever Specialty Coffee Roasters, receiving overwhelming community support from day one.
Growing Scope - 2022: Our coffee's popularity led to local cafes serving it and hosting small events at our café to engage with the community.
